Congratulations

Another dreary rainy day here this morning. So it is relax mode till I go to a friends place for a Stampin Up Workshop, should be fun.

I was talking with my good friend Lori, and she said "you didn't do the challenge at Scrapmaster's this week" and she was correct.

So I figured I should get on over there. Fun cute colors. The sketch at Unscripted Sketches, worked very well.

Anyway, off to get ready to go Stampin'.

Enjoy your Sunday and send some summer back to us! Ciao!

50th Male Birthday

Good afternoon everyone! Another Birthday card installment. This idea came from the fact that my brother in law is turning the big 50 next week. I figured I should make him something to remind him on how old he is. I went to Creative Scrappers, and found this sketch #115. I used the color combo from the Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo Generator for my color challenge. Thanks for stopping by and have a fantastic weekend.

Thank You-Friends!

G'day everyone, another nice morning here, a bit smokey still from the BC fires. But some sun mixed in there too.
I made this card yesterday, but I didn't have a monitor yesterday morning, woke up and turn my computer on, and nothing but a black screen, there was no light, nothing. So I didn't know what to do. Hubby was in town, and he came home with a cable, and we hooked it up to my TV in here. Darn this is great, nice big monitor now. I have a 3 year warranty on the monitor so just waiting now to see what they are going to do for me.
Anyway onto my card, not much of a color challenge, just liked something pink, and bright. I was away on the long weekend to a outdoor music festival, and I spent the mornings with friends, so I thought I would send her this Thank You card. I found the idea from the Scrapbook Trends Magazine-Create Stamping. I haven't done any sewing on my cards for a very long time, and when my friend Lori was up here she was sewing and I thought hey, this is cool, I could do it too. Anyway, thanks for stopping by. Here is my card:

Paper~SU-Melon Mambo,Chocolate Chip, Blushing Bride, DP-Pattern Packs II.

Birthday/Anniversary

Good afternoon, sooooo very sorry it's been awhile, did the long weekend longer and today I just knew I had to make something, crazy it has been busy around here, not normal for Leanne...hee hee!! I didn't go looking for any challenges, but I am sure there are some that would work for these two cards. But I just had to create something. My husband and I are going to the local Air Show here soon, so I thought I better get posting these.
Have a great afternoon, and I will try and put on some new stuff soon. Ciao!
