4 Crafty Chicks #113 Halloween

Good Spooky Morning, haha!  Well it is Lori's turn at 4 Crafty Chicks to host our challenge and she has chosen for us to create, "Halloween".  I do have admit I don't do much for this holiday.
I used to years ago when I babysat, but since then nothing.
I snagged these stamps from Lori, thanks again friend. You can't tell by the photo but the middle circle one is raised up with foam.  I printed the Happy Halloween in word on my computer.  Anyway, I hope you inspire us and play along with 4 Crafty Chicks, check out what the fantastic design team has created. I also want to thank Stephanie for being on 4 Crafty Chicks with us this month as a guest designer, her creations are amazing and please pop over to her blog and see all that talent!

Create a Card or Christmas Project at TS

Well another fun challenge at Totally Stampalicious, and I thought I would try a little something different.  My Christmas project with a Deacon Elf and some fun angles.  Anyway thanks for stopping and seeing what I've created, but please pop over to TS and share some love or just play along.  Remember you could win stamps for a year, details are here.

So I colored my little elf and and used some spellbinder poinsettias and leaves some inking on the edge of my tree, I think it turned out pretty well.  Oh and I used the sentiments from the TS set on each point.
This pattern paper I had from a few years ago.  Been trying to use up some of my stash! So my challenge to you, is to find something  you don't normally do and have some fun with it.  Happy Crafting!

4 Crafty Chicks #111 Tag Your It

Good morning fellow crafter's we are enjoying some talented crafter's at 4 Crafty Chicks, and today I am sure won't be any different.  You sure keep us chicks thinking of new and fun challenges.  Todays challenge is brought to you by Melissa.  She has asked us to make a tag.  So Tag Your It!
I made mine on the cricut so I could go bigger, and I also made it a card, I love this paper from Stamping Up I bought a gazillion years ago, well maybe not that long ago.  You can't tell but it is so soft, the black is raised.  Nice stuff for sure.  The stamp is from Technique Tuesday, I love how they switch up the font, and the sayings are always my favorites.  The flower is from Petaloo, never bought theirs before, so really enjoy them.  The pearl swirly gig is from Zva Creative, love their stuff, then a spellbinder, the ribbon is from SU and the lace on the bottom, not sure.
Thanks for stopping and seeing what I've been creating, please pop over to 4 Crafty Chicks, play along or stop and say hi!
Happy Crafting!

4 Crafty Chicks #110 Thanksgiving

Hello everyone, thanks for stopping, wow it is the first week of October, so that means we welcome our new guest designer (Stephanie) for the month of October at 4 Crafty Chicks.
Also this means it is my turn to host the challenge.  I thought it would be nice to share what we are thankful for!  So that is pretty much it, Thanksgiving it can be the holiday which in Canada Monday is our Thanksgiving Day, or something that means you are appreciative, I am going out on a limb here and just going to say Thanks!
Please check out what the design team at 4 Crafty Chicks are giving thanks for. I found an older Stampin` Up stamp for the tree, and the leaves are cut out using the Cricut.  I also used a Spellbinder to cut the sentiment out.  The paper is from last season from Bo-Bunny!  Such a rich fall paper, my favorite!
I personally want to tell you all I am Thankful for my amazing design team, friends, family and crafty peeps!
Have a great day!  Happy Crafting!
